1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering for, or using the Text 2 Hit application and website (collectively, the "Services"), provided by Danavero Inc. ("we", "us", or "our"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

2. Description of Service

Text 2 Hit is an AI platform that turns your text prompts, genre, and vocal-style selections into synthesized songs. Creating lyrics and generating a preview of a song are available at no charge (subject to fair-use limits). To download the full, high-quality master track you unlock it via a one-time payment or an active subscription. Lyrics and cover art are produced with Google Vertex AI (Gemini/Imagen), and audio is produced with our music-AI providers Evolink and Suno.

3. User Accounts and Security

To access the full functionality of the Services you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. User Prompts, Content, and Acceptable Use

You retain ownership of the original text prompts you submit. You agree NOT to use the Service to generate unlawful, infringing, hateful, or otherwise prohibited content, or to impersonate others or violate third-party rights.

5. Intellectual Property and License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of any applicable fees, we grant you a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, distribute, and perform the compositions you generate for personal and commercial purposes. Underlying models and platform software remain the property of their respective owners.

6. Fees, Payments, and Billing

Generating lyrics and previews is free within fair-use limits. Unlocking a full master track is available as a one-time purchase (currently $5.99 per song) or through a recurring subscription: Casual Creator ($9.99/mo or $99.99/yr, up to 5 unlocks/mo), Hitmaker ($19.99/mo or $149.99/yr, up to 20 unlocks/mo), and Studio Pro ($49.99/mo or $499.99/yr, fair-use limit of 200 unlocks/mo). Optional AI-iteration top-ups may also be offered. The prices shown at checkout govern. All payments are processed by Stripe; subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and you can cancel any time from the self-serve Billing Portal.

7. Refunds

Except where required by law, payments are generally non-refundable. We may, at our discretion, issue a refund; when we do, the associated unlock or subscription entitlement is revoked.

8. Privacy & Data Processing

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes the data we process and the sub-processors (including Google, Evolink, Suno, Stripe, and Meta) we rely on.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Danavero Inc. disclaims all warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Danavero Inc. from any claims arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law & Changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of Danavero Inc.'s registration. We may modify these Terms at any time; material changes will be reflected here.
