1. Introduction & Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how Danavero Inc. ("we", "us") collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal data when you use the Text 2 Hit application and website (the "Services"). It is provided for transparency and is not legal advice.

2. Information We Collect

We collect: (a) account data — the email address or phone number you sign in with (via Firebase Authentication / Google or a phone one-time code); (b) the content you provide — your text prompts, lyrics, track names, and genre/voice selections; (c) generated content — the lyrics, cover art, and audio we create for you; (d) usage & device data — pages viewed, actions taken, language, approximate location (from timezone/IP), browser and device information, and diagnostic logs; and (e) payment data — handled by Stripe. We do not store your full card number.

Approximate country is determined on our own servers from your IP address, using the DB-IP database; your IP address is not sent to DB-IP. IP Geolocation by DB-IP.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to operate the Services (generate lyrics, cover art, and audio from your input), authenticate you, process payments and unlocks, provide support, prevent fraud and abuse, keep the platform secure, and — subject to the consent rules in Section 6 — measure the performance of our advertising.

4. Sub-processors & Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the sub-processors needed to run the Services:

• Google Cloud Platform / Firebase — hosting, database (Firestore), file storage, and sign-in.
• Google Vertex AI (Gemini & Imagen) — generating your lyrics and cover art.
• Evolink and Suno — generating the synthesized audio (your lyrics and style selections are sent to these music-AI providers to produce your song).
• Stripe — processing payments and subscriptions.
• Meta Platforms (Facebook Pixel) — advertising measurement, subject to consent (Section 6).
• Our email provider — sending transactional messages (e.g., support replies and payment receipts).

We may also disclose data where required by law or to protect our rights, users, and the public.

5. AI Model Interaction

Your prompts and lyrics are sent to Google Gemini (via enterprise Vertex AI APIs that do not train foundational models on your content) to produce lyrics and cover-art prompts, and to Evolink/Suno to synthesize the audio. Please do not include sensitive personal information in your prompts.

6. Cookies, the Meta Pixel & Your Choices

We use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure our advertising. If you are in the EU/EEA, the Pixel is loaded only after you give explicit consent via our consent banner; you can decline and continue using every feature. Outside the EU/EEA the Pixel loads by default; you can opt out through your Meta ad settings or browser controls. We also use essential local storage to remember your language, selections, and consent choice.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account and generated content for as long as your account exists. You can permanently delete your account and associated data at any time from the app; deletion erases your profile, sessions, generated tracks, and related records. We may retain limited payment and tax records where the law requires it.

8. Data Security

We protect your data in transit with TLS and at rest using our providers' encryption, and we restrict access to authorized systems and personnel. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.

9. International Transfers

Because we rely on the providers above, your data may be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States. Those providers offer contractual safeguards for such transfers.

10. Your Rights

You may access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Account deletion is available directly in the app. If you are in the EU/EEA or UK, you also have rights under the GDPR/UK GDPR, including the right to object to processing and to lodge a complaint with your data-protection authority. 11. Children

The Services are not directed to children under the age required for consent in your country (at least 13, or 16 where applicable). We do not knowingly collect data from such children.
